Record of taking fastest 100 Wickets in International Test Cricket Interesting compilation by Darshan,have you all noticed how the number of test matches required by bowlers to complete 100 wickets in test cricket since the 1980's has gone up by an average of 20 test to 25 tests ? this proves that batsmen are getting better and better everyday with the use of quality head gear,bats etc. In the earlier part of previous century there was no protective head gear[ even in the 70;s if i am right] and the batsmen were under constant threat of getting hit,now the bats are also lighter than before.The rules have been changed frequently to suit the batsmen to make the game more attractive to spectators.In the earlier years the pitches were not covered overnight , the early dew used to help the bowlers remember the wet pitches when the spinners used to be deadly.The rapid improvisation in technique thanks to T20 CRICKET HAS MADE THE BOWLERS TOIL HARD FOR WICKETS.This is the message to all young cricketers who want to become ''bowlers''please have a big heart find out ways as to how you can dismiss the batsmen rather than thinking about containment. Biography and profile of Chetan Baboor - Indian table tennis player It is a coincidence that my son AKHIL.V is also a table tennis player who represented his state at the national level ,and individual events at the country level, but unfortunately was not as successful as Che tan Ba boor.Che tan is one of the greatest players India has produced.We hail from Bangalore and were fortunate to meet him at his home before he left abroad.He gave us some wonderful tips and we thank him for that.Table tennis is such a game that requires agility ,speed ,intelligence,endurance ,&strength ,it has some how become acceptable that we cannot perform well at the international level for whatever reasons there may be.For Che tan and handful of players who have done well is no mean achievement .Kudos to him and to the writer who has brought forth this article.Such articles does encourage players of games other than cricket to do well .
