    Shame for Indian Athletics

Yuri Ogorodnik claims that he is innocent and the steroids may have been consumed due to contaminated food supplements.
How far do you believe the statement?
Will someone just mix the steroids in food supplements?
If that is true then there is a chance that we are taking steroid if we take food supplements from the local chemist stores. It is really hard to gulp that sentence. Why would someone intentionally add high costing steroids and other performance enhancing drugs to food supplements?
Also wasn't it the coach's responsibility to check the credibility of the supplements and stores.
Is he really innocent as he claims? What do you think?

Currently In India, there are quite a few scams and the latest being the doping one. Infact, doping was in its place, as it appears, for quite some time in our country but the power lobby in Sports Authority of India was influential enough to ensure that such incidents do not come to light. Such incidents never used to reach the hands of the press reporters and if at all somebody had access, they were suppressed by the powerful lobby. This is the right time to cleanse the stables and the entire SAI team should be made responsible and replaced with sincere sports personnel. The current situation is alarming and very shameful.
